Harrow is a big international school, I really enjoyed working there. Most of the staff are westerners. Everything they do is in accordance with the labor law. They were very collaborative when I left, helped me transfer my work permit to the new school.

I was lucky to be recruited in Koala. The HR is very nice. Teacher will get their work permit transferring when they leave.

I would recommend the school to all of my teacher friends in China. They have good campus and good students. And I appreciate their help to transfer my visa directly to the new school, that saved me a lot of time.

Although I didn't suffer the work permit issues, this school is disgusting! When we foreign teachers arrived there, they even did not complete the construction of campus buildings! And they delayed everything--the teacher's salary, the hotel's bill, the agency's service fee... God, don't come to thi ...

I had to pay 15,000 RMB penalty when I tried to leave. They said if I wouldn't pay, they would refuse to cancel my work permit on time. So unfair!

I've changed my jobs for several times, and this school is definitely my best employer ever. They are professional and helpful. I dont wanna leave.
