The Children’s House Montessori School was officially established in 1992. It is the first international kindergarten in Beijing based on the Montessori concept. Since its establishment, The Children’s House Montessori School has been adhering to the Montessori educational philosophy, and each class consists of six areas. The teaching aids in each area have a clear teaching purpose, and the purpose is to help children become independent, creative, confident and orderly people. At the same time, we also carry the concept of peace and caring throughout. We know that children have the natural instinct to use their hands and brains for purposeful activities. Therefore, the Children’s House Montessori School encourages children to independently choose daily tasks and practice repeatedly to meet their individual needs, master various skills, and cultivate exploration. In order to discover the spirit. We allow children to explore the goals of each classroom activity on their own, allowing children to gain more sense of achievement. Capturing children's attention, sparking their interest, and encouraging them to investigate, practice, ask questions and purposefully explore school life is our enduring goal. We agree and believe in Dr. Montessori's educational philosophy: education plays a vital role in maintaining world peace. At the Children’s House Montessori School, we encourage children to adhere to their unique needs and interests, giving them the freedom to create and maintain a "social classroom environment" for peaceful interactions. And then actively promote children's perception of tolerance, persistence, compassion and other good qualities. To guide children, only patience, encouragement, and positive communication can solve problems. Our ultimate goal is to cultivate world citizens! According to Dr. Maria Montessori, love has one of the most potential emotions we feel. Love is the foundation of everything. Love yourself, love others, love to learn, love to explore, love to discover, all have the concept that you always believe in. The Montessori work time (or Montessori free choice) consists of six major components: everyday life, sensory, mathematics, language, creativity and culture (including social, natural and physical). Themes are usually changed once a week to highlight the interdisciplinary nature of the Montessori curriculum, such as environments, festivals, etc. Under the premise of abiding by the rules, children are free to choose work and collaborate with others.
