BeneBaby International Kindergarten, is a pioneering international organization established in Shenzhen. First campus was opened in Nanshan in 2018 followed by the second campus opening in Futian District of Shenzhen in 2020. Targeting age group 2 years old to 6 years old, BeneBaby Shenzhen is a play-based educational program following a curriculum pegged to the Common Core State Standards in United States. BeneBaby is striving to to create a whole new kind of education that is aligned with International Education Standards as well as foster a good foundation in young children to prepare them for Primary and Secondary Education. Currently, BeneBaby operates in the Homeroom Style of Kindergarten, where each class has one international lead homeroom teacher with a local co teacher, teacher assistant, as well as a helper. The maximum class size for the BeneBaby Futian Campus is 20 students, while the maximum class size for the current BeneBaby Nanshan Campus is 14 students. In the summer of 2022, the Nanshan Campus of BeneBaby will relocate to the new Shekou Campus with a much larger campus and better facilities in order to improve the learning experience for the BeneBaby Students. Currently, BeneBaby International Kindergarten in Shenzhen operates two campuses, one in Nanshan and another in Futian District and currently employees around twenty international teachers. BeneBaby International strives to operate transparently and put a lot of importance on positive working environment for both their international staff and local Chinese staff.
