ISNS is the most by-the-books school I've ever worked for. At times it is frustrating how closely they follow the law, but they FOLLOW THE LAW for sure. I have no complaints about being taken advantage of unfairly by this school. Salary is always on time, bonuses are always on time, and they recently converted our contractually-promised yearly return flight home into a more flexible allowance for travel within China (since leaving China and returning has recently become prohibitively difficult).
