Work Permit Transfer/Cancelation
After you finished your last day of work(whether you finish contract, or broke the contract WHILE giving 30 days notice), what was your exit-experience with your previous employer/school?
Although my employer eventually canceled my work permit and gave me my release/transfer papers, they dragged their feet(delayed for some time), but eventually canceled my work permit.

Comment Box
Though my employer was not this kindergarten but the SIE agency, I still have a lot to say. There's a high level of turnover for both English and Chinese teachers and a lot of parent dissatisfaction with the school in general.
Also, the faculty here treat foreign teachers really not ok.
The administrator is the only person at the school who can speak any English, so me, and another foreign teacher, seems like have zero communication with them. We have often arrived at school and no children are there that day.
In a word, I really don't recommend to work there, and I am pretty sure I will leave when the contract ends, both this kindergarten and SIE.
