Job Duty Overview (included, but not limited)
Prepare high quality Art lessons suitable for whole school students.
Ensure that students are supported in their learning journey, monitor, assess, and respond properly to all elements of the Art work.
Provide higher-level subject guidance in an interactive learning environment, achieving excellent results for every.
Educate students in content-specific knowledge and skills to improve their academic and career success.
Guide students’ behaviors to cultivate their academic achievement, brainpower, personality, and individual responsibility.
Encourage high standards in the use of English as the common language.
Requirements
A Education degree can pass a background check, and a UK PGCE or QTS
A minimum of three years of teaching experience
Working knowledge of the National Curriculum of England including EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, IGCSE/GCSE and A Levels as appropriate
Understanding and expertise in using ICT to effectively promote student learning
Be open-minded about and willing to new ideas in education.

Founded in 2020, Harrow Innovation Leadership Academy (HILA) Nanning initially opened for Kindergarten students, with other grades in 2021 and beyond.
