Teaching Position: Senior High School A-Level Subject Teacher
Work Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive salary related to your experience, qualification, and current market salary
Teaching Hours per week: 40 hours

Job Duty Overview:
Planning and teaching 20-25 lessons/week to G9-G12 students (age 15-18)
Submitting teaching plans and PPTs, class observation records, etc.
Maintaining students’ behavior & discipline in class and making report to subject/homeroom teachers if necessary
Assessing and tracking student performance, progress and providing ongoing guidance to students for improvement
Preparing, assigning, grading homework for students; Preparing written tests for students, grading exam papers and producing performance analysis
Participating in academic meeting and research meeting
Support the school-level, national or international competitions as a coach and judge
Lead one or more agreed Extra-Curricular classes
Participating in regular meetings, planning and organizing student activities, open classes, festive performance and decoration, co-hosting events or school promotion with other English teachers.
Requirements:
Native English speakers
Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, or subject being taught (If you do not have BA in Education/Subject being taught, it is strongly preferred that you are a licensed teacher.)
Minimum 2 years’ A-Level teaching experience
Physically and mentally healthy, No Criminal Record
Teachers who can deliver lessons that are structured with clear objectives preferred
Should be adaptable to various situations and challenges
Need to be a team player, well organized, and have good communication skill

Shanghai Foreign Language School Hangzhou Campus, referred to as “Hangzhou School affiliated to SISU”, is strategically introduced by the Fuyang District government and Shanghai International Studies University. It is located in Fuchunwan New Town, Fuyang District, Hangzhou. The school is planned and designed by Broadway Malyan, the world’s top architectural design company in the UK. The campus is adjacent to the picturesque Fuchun River. It is a 15-year, small-class, boarding and dual-track foreign language school, covering kindergarten, primary school, junior high school and senior high school, with accommodation of 3000 students at the same time. The school will open in September 2022.
