Location: Nord Anglia Shenzhen, in Longhua District
Salary (ex. benefits): 20K to 30KRMB/month (pre-tax)
Working Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday 8:00 – 16:30)
Teaching Hours: 25 lessons/week
Grades/Curriculum: Pre-K to Grade 8, IPC

A lump-sum continuity allowance to teachers who have completed a two-year contract with a successful appraisal and are signing a new contract. The continuity allowance amount is set by the SIPC referring to the terms of new Contract and Appraisal Result (5% to 7% of annual salary). The allowance day will be on or before 31st December.
Job Duty Overview:
Differentiating classroom instruction to meet student’s individual learning needs and styles
Conduct activities and lessons based on IPC scheme to conduct Music teaching
To stimulating and inspiring Music learning environment in collaboration with the Chinese Music Teacher
Managing class resources to deliver stimulated and motivated classroom and learning environment
Managing and maintaining student portfolios, assessing students, and completing student reports
Produce and direct concerts, musicals, and other performances for students of
different ages (kindergarten, primary and middle school)
Planning and reviewing the curriculum and lesson plans meeting the IPC standards
Fostering a stimulating learning environment based on understanding and respect
Offer an after school club based on your skills and interests
Requirements:
25- 45 years of age, native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above in Music Education or related
Qualified home-country teaching license will be a plus
A good grasp of the methodology of teaching related subjects
Have an understanding and ability to teach pupils of all abilities
At least 2 Years Experiences in an international school is a must
