Teaching Position: Homeroom Teacher for International Kindergarten
Location: Shekou, Shenzhen
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Salary: Competitive salary related to your experience, qualification, and current market salary
Teaching Hours per week: Maximum 20 hours

Job Duty Overview
Contributing to a positive learning environment by participating with the morning student
Greeting, monitoring students for safety, and always being a good ambassador of the school
Planning and teaching engaging lessons tailored to the students levels and learning style
Creating fun games and activities that will help deliver the lesson objectives
Communicate well with local teachers, local staff, and parents about student progress
Participate in school projects during special holiday events, as well as on going improvements in the curriculum
Requirements
Native English Speaker
2 years full time teaching experience at relevant school
Bachelor’s degree or above, Liberal Arts/Early Childhood Education preferred, but not necessary
Teachers who can deliver lessons that are structured with clear objectives preferred
Should be adaptable to various situations and challenges
Need to be a team player, well organized, and have good communication skills
Overview of the School
The Bay School is located at the top of the Jingshan Villa in Shekou, covering an area of 2,000 square meters. It is the first Chinese western integrated kindergarten in China to practice Developmentally Appropriate Practice (D.A.P.). It provides science classrooms, art classrooms, sand ponds, pools, and classrooms rich in exploration areas. Chinese and English are equal in the Bay School. The school encourages Chinese teachers to use Chinese and American teachers to use English. Each native language is expressed naturally and fluently, allowing children to learn the language in a bilingual environment.
