Job Duty Overview (included, but not limited)

  • Lay the groundwork for students to enjoy studying as they progress through the challenging curriculum in elementary stages.
  • Assist children in developing skills of autonomy, responsibility, and independence.
  • Implement BASIS Curriculum by creating effective and innovative courses and evaluation procedures to guarantee that students’ education remains competitive globally.
  • Team up with other BASIS international teachers to form a group of intelligent, creative, and engaging people who aspire to work in a professional academic atmosphere and are passionate about education.
  • Guide students’ behaviors to cultivate their academic achievement, brainpower, personality, and individual responsibility.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Early Learning, Childhood Development, orrelated fields.
  • A Bachelor’s degree can pass a background clearance.
  • A minimum of two years of teaching experience as a lead teacher is required.
  • Be open-minded about and willing to new ideas in education.

Our kindergarten classes are taught by two teachers: the lead kindergarten teacher and a second kindergarten teaching fellow. The lead teacher’s instruction is supplemented by the Kinder Teaching Fellow, who aids in the kids’ learning.
