Position Details:

• Teaching Position: Biology Teacher for the High School

• Salary: 35k before tax, plus 3.5k housing+other benefits

Job Duty Overview:

1. Teaching classes according to the arrangement;
2. Have an acute awareness of the needs of the individual students they teach to better enable them to reach their potential;
3. Managing and maintaining student portfolios, assessing students, and completing student reports;
4. Apply rewards and sanctions consistently, in line with school policy;
5. Undertake supervision duties as required, including covering lessons;
6. Contribute widely to the co-curricular programme

Requirements:

1. Native English Speaker in China
2. 3-5 years A-level biology teaching experience
3. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, or subject being taught
   ** If you do not have BA in Education/Subject being taught, it is strongly preferred that you are a licensed teacher.
4. Teachers who can deliver lessons that are structured with clear objectives preferred
   Should be adaptable to various situations and challenges
5. Need to be a team player, well organized, and have good communication skills
