Prepare Art courses suitable for young students.
Provide higher-level subject guidance in an interactive learning environment, achieving excellent results for every student.
Implement BASIS Curriculum by creating effective and innovative courses and evaluation procedures to guarantee that students’ education remains competitive globally.
Team up with other BASIS international teachers to form a group of intelligent, creative, and engaging people who aspire to work in a professional academic atmosphere and are passionate about education.
Educate students in content-specific knowledge and skills to improve their academic and career success.
Guide students’ behaviors to cultivate their academic achievement, brainpower, personality, and individual responsibility.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Art or related fields (a degree in elementary or secondary education with extra working experience; or a specific certification for teaching art).
A major (24-30 credit hours) or an advanced degree in the teaching discipline is also greatly qualified, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree.
In some cases, a Bachelor’s degree and documentation of passing authorized subject examination in the teaching field may meet the requirements for high qualification.
A minimum of two years of teaching experience as a lead teacher is required.
Subject related postgraduate(Master’s or Ph.D.) is prefered. A outstanding applicant will exhibit excellent abilities in imparting teaching ideas, texts and concepts with assurance and precision in addition to a high level of educational attainment.

Overview of the School
A new campus in our network of schools, BASIS Bilingual Kindergarten Nanshan, is scheduled to open in 2023. It is located in China’s Shenzhen. It is well-known for being one of the richest districts in the country and for being the location of Shenzhen High-Tech Industrial Park, which is home to some of the biggest technological enterprises in China as well as the installations of well-known foreign corporations.
By opening BASIS International School in Park Lane Harbour and Hangzhou in 2018, BASIS International School Nanjing in 2019, and BASIS’s first bilingual school, BASIS Bilingual School Shenzhen in 2020, BASIS’s network has continued to expand.
