Requirements
Appropriate degree, with UK PGCE, or other teaching qualification giving QTS
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
Working knowledge of the National Curriculum of England, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Knowledge and experience in how to use ICT effectively in promoting pupil learning
Be open-minded about and willing to new ideas in education.

Founded in 2020, Harrow Innovation Leadership Academy (HILA) Nanning initially opened for Kindergarten students, with other grades in 2021 and beyond.
