Job Duty Overview (included, but not limited)
Coordinate the Leadership in Action programme, which included the Leadership and Service Activities (LSA’S) and trips program across the Lower School.
Showcase excellence across the wide range of activities at HBJ in Arts, Sports, Super Curriculum and Service.
Provide higher-level subject guidance in an interactive learning environment, achieving excellent results for every
Educate students in content-specific knowledge and skills to improve their academic and career success.
Guide students’ behaviors to cultivate their academic achievement, brainpower, personality, and individual responsibility.
Encourage high standards in the use of English as the common language.
Requirements
Experience of leading or coordinating teams in relation to curriculum or pastoral matters
Possession of the qualified teacher status and verification of pertinent in-service training
Good IT skills including data analysis
The capacity to work in a way that enhances children’s wellbeing and safety
Teaching experience in the particular subject for students between the ages of 6 and 11
Understanding and expertise in using ICT to effectively promote student learning
Be open-minded about and willing to new ideas in education.

Overview of the School
Harrow Beijing, established in 2005, provides students aged 2 to 18 with a British-based international education. The School now enrols approximately 1,500 students from 24 different countries.
There are two purpose-built, cutting-edge campuses for Harrow Beijing. The Main Campus in Hegezhuang village houses a 20,000 m² library, a well-staffed clinic, a sizable multi-purpose theatre, two “black box” theatrical rooms, and a music centre with a recording studio in addition to the typical classroom amenities. A 25-meter swimming pool, a 2,220 sq . ft gymnasium for sports like badminton, volleyball, and basketball, a dance studio, and a top-rope climbing wall are all included in the sporting facilities. Tennis courts and fields for rugby and football may be found outside. The City Campus, our founding campus, enrols students from Early Years to Year 1 and is located in a quiet area close to the Third Ring Road.
