My time at Oxstand was among the best pedagogic experiences I have ever had. I was teaching the OSSD curriculum there and during the initial COVID lockdown our team of teachers represented the top 2% of all Ontario schools both in Canada and abroad. My faculty coordinator was the most understanding and supportive education leader I've ever had the pleasure and honor to work for. The principal and vice principal were student focused and very serious about student discipline. Under the OSSD program they've had a 100% university student placement for over 10 years straight. Unfortunately, Oxstand opted out of the Ontario program in favor of focusing on IB. If they ever opened their Ontario program again, I would work for them in a heartbeat.
