Beijing Shuren Ribet Private School – BSRPS, referred to as Shuren school for short, is an independent bilingual boarding full-time school from kindergarten to high school. Founded in 1993, it is one of the first batch of private schools in China. The campus is in Songzhuang Town, Tongzhou District, the sub center of Beijing. It covers an area of 60000 square meters and a construction area of more than 20000 square meters. There are more than 600 students, more than 120 teaching staff, more than 70 Chinese teachers and 20 foreign teachers, accounting for 25% of the total number of teachers. Shuren school is the first school in China to take students abroad. In the 25 years since its establishment, the university has established cooperative relations with dozens of overseas colleges and universities to carry out international projects such as short-term and long-term student study abroad projects, American University Credit summer camp, scientific practice and volunteer service winter camp, China US exchange student project, overseas internship of American teachers, and Korean students studying in China. On April 26, 2020, the school was recognized as the second batch of schools in Beijing that meet the management standards of compulsory education schools. The K-12 Curriculum of Shuren school is divided into two different routes: bilingual and international. The bilingual curriculum is guided by international development. Based on the syllabus, the education and teaching have been reformed and optimized. Combined with the 25-year ESL teaching characteristic curriculum of our school, Shuren students are far ahead in the comprehensive level of Chinese and English in our district; International courses follow the American aero curriculum standards and provide authentic American subject education for students from kindergarten to high school. English literature, mathematics, science, sociology and other disciplines are taught in English by foreign teachers.
